A 20 minute call to pick the workflow, agree what done looks like and set up access to your PSA.

We build the workflow in your PSA and run it against your recent tickets until it does the job the way your desk does.
Day 10: live, with the runbook
The workflow runs in your PSA. You get the runbook and a short handover with the tech who owns it.

Which PSA does it work with?
Any PSA with an API. HaloPSA, ConnectWise and Autotask are the usual ones. We build the workflow around your tickets and your rules, whichever PSA holds them.
Who owns the workflow?
You do. It runs in your systems under your accounts, and it keeps running if you switch us off tomorrow.
