The problem
MSPs need their tickets managed well, but techs hate doing it. In fairness, it's not the best use of a good tech's time. It wastes time, and it gets done poorly and differently by every tech on the desk.
How we build it
- Reads every incident or request the moment it lands. Email, portal, voicemail or monitoring alert.
- Catches duplicates. Five users, same fault? One parent ticket, priority raised.
- Writes the ticket properly. Clear title, short summary, device, error, what's been tried and what's missing.
- Classifies and prioritises. Using your categories, your priority matrix and each client's agreement.
- Routes it to the right tech. By client, skill, workload and location.
- Raises the alarm. Anything that looks like a breach, an outage or a VIP goes straight to a person.
And if you'd like it:
- Asks the user for missing information and puts the ticket into pending until they reply.
- Offers the fix from your knowledge base, or known trusted sources, when confidence is high.
Your team stays in charge
Anything the AI isn't sure about lands in a review queue with its suggestion already filled in. One click to confirm. Every decision is noted on the ticket, so you always know why it went where it went.
What the future looks like
Technicians start the day with a queue that's already sorted. First response times hold when the desk is busy. You save on the headcount you were about to add, and your techs do more meaningful work.
